I love clothes as much as the next girl, but there is something about jewelry that just feels timeless and special. Nearly all of my favorite pieces are attached to happy memories and special occasions.
The biggest problem with jewelry, I’ve found, is how to organize it. I’ve learned that I like to keep my favorites out and on display, and file away my less-worn pieces so that they stay untangled, but aren’t piled on my dresser. This closet organizer works wonders.
Of course, there are endless ways to showcase jewelry beautifully, but here’s my current set up.
I use a few different jewelry organizers on my dresser. I particularly love lucite organizers for earrings and necklaces. In addition, I’ve included a small tray to feature new pieces, a framed postcard from our trip to Puerto Rico last year, several bottles of my favorite perfumes, classic candlesticks, and a piggybank. These touches help to make it feel like a small display of things that make me smile, while preserving the functionality of the space.
